 　　Planning a Wedding筹备婚礼

　　It was a day like no other. Mike and Maria had to make the preparations for the wedding. Although they were tired after coming back from a trip to San Diego they had no time to waste. Their wedding was to take place next month, and Mike and Maria aimed to make it the best wedding to take place on earth. The soon to be husband and wife sat down themselves down on the kitchen table, and began to plan.

　　这是一个独一无二的日子。迈克和玛丽亚正在筹备婚礼。虽然他们从圣迭戈旅行回来后很累，但他们没有时间可以浪费了。他们的婚礼将在下个月举行，迈克和玛丽亚的目标就是要筹备一场地球上最好的婚礼。然后作为丈夫和妻子的他们跑到厨房的桌子上坐着，开始计划。

　　Maria was the first to speak. "First of all, I think we should set a budget," she said to Mike. Mike, about to say something, coughed a couple of times before getting up to serve himself a glass of water. Looking pensive, he looked back at Maria who was waiting for a response. "Yes, we should set a reasonable budget," he finally replied. After an hour of deliberation, Mike and Maria had set the date, settled on a location, and now were working on the guest list. Based on the budget they had set for themselves, the number of guest was determined, almost one hundred.

　　Next they decided on wedding invitations. Maria grabbed her laptop and searched for printing services for their letter invitations. She soon found the right place and made an appointment to go down there with the wedding invitation letter in mind. Mike and Maria had settled on getting married at their local church. The building was ample enough to accommodate their guest and pristine enough to ensure the wedding's remembrance.

　　It was a lovely little Christian church in the heart of Pasadena. Mike had made the arrangements with the church prior and had to call and schedule a date for the wedding. A few hours passed. "What's next on the list?" asked Maria, who by now was beginning to feel weary. "Let see. The food, then the flowers, then photography, and then…," Maria interrupted Mike before he could say anything else.
