His life is better than his dreams
WHEN Alberto Paloschi was 13 years old, he told his pregnant (怀孕的) mother that he wanted nothing more than his sibling (兄妹) to be named after the famous Milan striker Filippo Inzaghi. Little did he know that five years later he would be playing alongside his childhood hero.
The day came on February 9. The 18-year-old made a sensational debut (初次登场) when he scored the first time he touched the ball. What made that moment even more special was that his goal also turned out to be a winner. AC Milan defeated Siena 1-0.
"I had a bit of luck," he said. "I really didn't expect to score in my debut. Inzaghi praised me after the goal and I still feel goosebumps (起鸡皮疙瘩) now".
Paloschi's parents were there to see their son score. "When he scored we all began to cry," his parents said. "But after the game Alberto wanted to go with Inzaghi rather than with us."
While the Italian teenager was hailed (喝彩) widely by the media, he knows exactly where he stands. "I have Ronaldo, Inzaghi and Kaka ahead of me. I can only learn from these great champions," he said.
AC Milan's manager Carlo Ancelotti said the striker still needs to grow up. "Alberto needs to grow. He needs to gain experience and character. It's better to stay cautious (谨慎的) with him."
So keep an eye on this potential (有潜力的) star. Will Paloschi lead Italy to another World Cup? Only time will tell.

Using his talent to become king
Mainland singer Anson Hu (胡彦斌) might not have a good-looking face. And he has no interest in cooking up gossip to get media coverage. However, it doesn't mean that Hu can't be a successful star. In fact, Hu has grown into the mainland's pop king.
His latest album, The Men's Songs (《男人歌》) was released in December. The songs on the CD record his personal growth from a boy into a man. The song, Men's KTV, has become one of this year's biggest hits.
Hu is one of the few singers in the mainland who have a wide-ranging voice, and can write and compose their own songs.
Hu's music career has been smooth. He started his first band at 15 and then released his first album at 18.
However, Hu hasn't been carried away by early fame and fortune. "I don't want to waste my time. I'd like to devote myself to things really worthy," says Hu.
In 2005, he made a bold (大胆的) decision to set up his own music studio (录音棚). Its decoration and expensive instruments cost him a fortune. However, Hu said he felt lucky that he didn't spend the money on luxurious cars or clothes. "It's my dream place, where I can write and record my songs whenever I want," he said.
While Hu loves to invite other singers to record their songs in his studio, he never rents it out to make money. "It's a place for music," he said.
