naughty Monkey
It’s very hot.. An old man is asleep on the chair. A fly comes and sits on the end of the man’s nose. The old man has a naughty monkey. He chases the fly.The fly comes back again and sits on the old man’s nose again. The monkey chases it away again and again.This happens five or six times. The monkey is very angry. He jumps up, runs to the garden and picks up a large stone.
When the fly sits on the old man’s nose again, the monkey hits it hard with the stone.He kills the fly and breaks the old man’s nose.

天气很热。一位老人在椅子上睡着了。 一只苍蝇飞来落在老人的鼻子上。 老人有一只顽皮的猴子。猴子在追打苍蝇。 苍蝇再次飞落在老人的鼻子上,猴子一再追打苍蝇。 这样往返了五六次,猴子很生气。 他跳着跑到花园,捡起一块大石头。
当苍蝇再次落在老人的鼻子上时,猴子用石头击中老人的鼻子上的苍蝇。 他砸死了苍蝇也打破了老人的鼻子。

Two dogs
A man has two dogs: a hound and a housedog. He trains the hound to help him hurt and teaches the housedog to watch the house. When he returns home after a day’s hunt, he always gives the house-dog some meat. The hound feels very angry. He says unhappily to the housedog, “Where I work very hard outside, you share my food.” “Don’t blame me, my friend. You should blame the master. He doesn’t teach me to hurt, but to share other’s food,” the housedog answers.
Don’t blame children for the mistakes of their parent.

两只狗
有一个人养了两条狗:一条是猎犬,一条是看家狗。他训练猎狗帮他打猎,教看家狗守家。当猎人打了一天猎回家后,总要分给看家狗一些肉,猎狗对此很生气。它不高兴地对看家狗说道:“我在外边追捕猎物十分辛苦,而你在家什么都不做,但你却分享我的食物。”看家狗回答道:“不要责怪我,我的朋友。你应该去责备主人。他不教我打猎,却只教我分享别人的食物。”
不要因为父母的错误而去责备孩子。

The poor and the apple
A man was going to the house of some rich person. As he went along the road, he saw a box of good apples at the side of the road. He said, "I do not want to eat those apples; for the rich man will give me much food; he will give me very nice food to eat." Then he took the apples and threw them away into the dust.
He went on and came to a river. The river had become very big; so he could not go over it. He waited for some time; then he said, "I cannot go to the rich man's house today, for I cannot get over the river."
He began to go home. He had eaten no food that day. He began to want food. He came to the apples, and he was glad to take them out of the dust and eat them.
Do not throw good things away; you may be glad to have them at some other time.

穷人和苹果
一个人正朝着一个富人的房子走去,当他沿着路走时,在路的一边他发现一箱好苹果,他说:“我不打算吃那些苹果,因为富人会给我更多的食物,他会给我很好吃的东西。”然后他拿起苹果,一把扔到土里去。
