养成一种良好的作息习惯，不仅对同学中学时代的学习非常有益，甚至 对学生未来一生的学习和工作都会产生很大的影响。 有许多成功人士都得益 于自己良好的作息习惯，因此应该重视自己的作息习惯。
1、把作息安排变成作息习惯
很多同学其实有着非常适合自己的时间表，计划书，但无法做到每天坚 持。如果始终把按计划做当成一件痛苦的事，为了遵循而遵循，这样很难持 之以恒。计划可以很简单，但不可以老改变，应努力把计划日程变成一种生 活习惯，就和一天三顿饭一样自然，这样可以保证稳定的学习。
2、定了时间表就要坚持
学习方法 制定严格的作息时间表，贴在墙上，自己遵守并由父母监督，每当自己 觉得不能执行下去的时候就看一看作息时间表，这时一咱遵守诺言的力量就 会促使自己坚持下去。另外，养成一个良好的学习习惯，不仅要合理安排自 己的时间，而且还要做到“松紧一致”。有的同学到了假期就会比较放纵自 己，作息时间比较乱，因为作息规律一旦乱了，到上学的时候要调整过来又 比较困难，而且是很累的一件事情。假期的时间安排和上学时应差不多，学 习有一个惯性，可以适当间歇，但是不能一下扔开过久，要“松紧一致”。
3、作息时间在学习过程中不断调整
作息时间关系到学习的精神状态， 所以在平时学习的时候应当有良好的 作息安排。按照自己的特点制定作息时间表固然有其优越性，但有时却与考 试期间的作息时间不一致。而人体的节律具有“惯性”，很难一下子完全调整过来，所以必须提前行动，以使自己各方面的情况在考前调节到最理想的状态。总的来说，一个人听作息时间应根据自己的情况来定，并且在学习的过程中不断调整，以适应新的学习情况。
