Graduates all face a reality of hunting for a job, the performance of employees(员工) influence their life directly. However, some critics(挑剔的人) argue that creating a close relationship with coworkers and superior(上级) plays the most important part. People who study hard at school are more likely to study hard in their career. When we were in a university, hard-working promised a great academic performance(学业成绩). When we are in a company, hard-working made us adapt(适应) better and faster to a new condition. In our life, hard-working get us to continue learning all the time. There is no wonder that graduates working hard at school have better performance in their career.
