COO会把整体的项目分拆给各个Operation manager（运营经理），Operation manager需要保证整个项目的策划、统筹、执行、把关！传统行业里Operation manager会分项目、供应链、活动等，在互联网行业里会分成内容运营、用户运营、活动运营等。
