　　刚进入景区，就看到两个非常大的红螺，关于红螺的传说很多呢！有人说它们是生活在珍珠泉里的巨大红螺昼伏夜出，能喷出耀眼的火焰，熠熠发光，死后人们就把它们摆在这里。还有人说这两个红螺是两位仙女喜欢人间所以就变成两个巨大的田螺立在这里。红螺寺的名字也由此而来。
